Last time I was in NYC was 1980. It was the most anger and hate filled place I have ever been to in the US.

How many of these hate crimes are perpetrated by a member of the very group that the "hate crime" attacks. There is a website out there that lists many of the ones that make the national news. Most are self-inflicted.

Maybe they are counting ever mean thing a sixth grader says to someone.
