You conceded that Sessions was I didn't concede anything. I've been telling you mean-old FReepers that Sessions was working quietly behind the scenes on the sealed indictments. He was just playing a role.
You realize that Sessions was an Army Captain and can be recalled anytime, right?
Think military tribunals. He could be a judge or a juror.

Supposed “conservative judges” do not necessarily mean strict constructionists as can be seen by recent rulings by a “conservative” judge appointed by President Trump. The judges ruling in the CNN / Acosta case proves that even Trump appointed judges - especially those who recommend them - cannot be trusted to follow the law. Using bad precedent instead of the law still can happen.
