Mahmoud Abbas does not want his people and the rest of the world to know that his security forces are arresting women for criticizing a social security law or providing financial aid to Palestinian families in the Gaza Strip.
[snip]This attitude is another example of the anti-Israel bias of the international media and community. It is yet another example of how the West gives the Palestinians a pass to violate human rights and crack down on dissent.

Believe All Women! Never arrest them.
That's just rude.
They’re giving each other awards to say how great they are.
correction............
when a terrorist murder gang like PLO/PA/Abbas/Hamas/Hezballah/AlQuaida/Muslim Brotherhood/ISIS.....captures or kidnaps a person, any person, it is not an “arrest”.. it is a kidnapping (with, so very often..alas... a torture and murder to follow...pray for the captive, no matter if you like or dislike...thanks)
I wish they would call it what it is:
It is yet another example of how the West gives the Muslims a pass to violate human rights and crack down on dissent.
The Palis could burn them at the stake and neither the feminists nor the media would bat an eye. All the concern over womens rights is a pretext.
..................
They’ve put Palis on death row for publicly proclaiming their atheism and comparing Allah to a Bedouin chief, for facilitating a sale of a house to Jooos! and for documenting in Maariv a corrupt PA official extorting sex from a Christian woman in Bet Lehem. Arresting women is just the latest turn in a long and twisty road. The MSM, the UN, the EU, and the USA don’t care, unless it’s something Israelis do. When they talk about ending Israeli “Apartheid,” it means letting Arabs live in Israeli yishuvim. It does not mean letting Jooos! live in Arab duwaar (is that the right plural form of duar?) or even letting them stop their cars except to spend money there.
