Thomas Sowell Ping
Teachers unions will start caring about kids when the kids start paying union dues.
At least liberals are consistent here. Well, sorta.
Libs hate school choice so much, that they will deny it for their own plantation dwellers.
Except of course when rich liberals want to send their kids to exclusive private schools. Then school choice is fine. Wonderful.
You’re very welcome, jaz
I truly FEAR for the children in Wisconsin. Our Governor- Elect WAS our Department of Public Instruction head and he did a VERY poor job!
Now he’ll be doubling down, as ‘Rats are wont to do.
But, you know, it’s for the Children...or something. *SPIT*
Sad to see. I imagine he’s very concerned about teachers unions, political correctness, Democrat agendas, etc. but not so much about the actual education of our young people.
You nailed it!
The President must publish the list of congress critters who used the multi-million slush fund (taxpayer money) to hush up their sexual abuse accusers.
Great article. Thanks.
Thanks for the ping, jaz . . .Sowell articles are so thin on the ground now.
Now hell be doubling down, as Rats are wont to do.
Truly sad to see Scott Walker lose to the teachers unions.I was very disappointed, tho, in Scott Walkers performance in the Republican presidential debates - just not ready for the national stage.
I guess he came out of the experience a NeverTrumper, unfortunately. And therefore he couldnt profit from - thus, didnt get - Trumps active campaigning help.
Pity.
IMHO, Thomas Sowell is a genuine American treasure!

You’re both most welcome.
His pieces are few and far between now but it’s always good to read one.
RINO tendencies aside, he really DID a ton of good for our state.
However, all advances (Education, Jobs, Economy, DNR, Tourism, Healthcare, Ag) will be under attack for the next four years...and then some. :(
I agree 100% that he was NOT Ready For Prime Time. It was a distraction from the JOB, ‘We The People’ HIRED him to do!
bttt
Thanks for the ping to this great article jaz. Appreciate it, and thank you Kaslin for pinging jaz.
It’s wonderful to read Thomas Sowell again. He pens so few articles now that he’s retired, but at 88 years of age we shall have to cherish that which we get.
Most welcome, my FRiend. I couldn’t agree more.
You’re very welcome.
