I truly FEAR for the children in Wisconsin. Our Governor- Elect WAS our Department of Public Instruction head and he did a VERY poor job!

Now he’ll be doubling down, as ‘Rats are wont to do.

Truly sad to see Scott Walker lose to the teachers’ unions.

I was very disappointed, tho, in Scott Walker’s performance in the Republican presidential debates - just not ready for the national stage.

I guess he came out of the experience a NeverTrumper, unfortunately. And therefore he couldn’t profit from - thus, didn’t get - Trump’s active campaigning help.

Pity.

RINO tendencies aside, he really DID a ton of good for our state.

However, all advances (Education, Jobs, Economy, DNR, Tourism, Healthcare, Ag) will be under attack for the next four years...and then some. :(

I agree 100% that he was NOT Ready For Prime Time. It was a distraction from the JOB, ‘We The People’ HIRED him to do!

Didn’t know Walker was a Never Trumper. He was my choice for the nomination when he announced. He proved he was a fighter, but I can imagine he didn’t relish the idea of fighting with his own party’s contenders after years of battling Wisconsin libs and unionists.

As it turned out, Trump was already prepared to rightfully conclude that everyone but the base were his enemies and campaign accordingly.
