You and I have a lot in common. I chipped a front tooth about 10 years ago on an ALTOID “mint” that must have been a bit stale and harder than usual,and both my wife and daughter were born at Michael Reese Hospital (which I am surprised to hear is now GONE!
I just had to have one more, the fruit flavored ones, a lemon I think, not even my favorite. I suppose it was gonna break off on something eventually. ;-d
Yeah Michael Reese closed, it was a while ago now, 2009. It took several years to demolish.
They were gonna build the Olympic Village on the site if Chi had gotten the games.
