They won’t have any problem ... just a short delay since most of the border with that fence is unmanned. Wire by itself is a worthless exercise in vanity. Troops with weapons loaded need to be along all of the new fence line - or just forget it.

What about the ferocious dogs running between the two fences beyond the razor wire? If they somehow scale the razor wire fence, let them drop down into fido’s lair. Dogs get to eat what they find.
