What I’ve read is if someone in the line of succession doesn’t meet the requirements for president, the office goes to the next eligible person.

The Speaker is third in line to the presidency. The president must be at least 35 years old by the time of the election

The line of succession after the Vice President is established by law, not by the Constitution. So that only means that the Speaker of the House, if under 35 years old, could not succeed to the Presidency; it would have to devolve on the next person in line. This is already covered by the Presidential Succession Act of 1947. But nothing prevents someone under 35 from being elected as Speaker.

Similarly, nothing prevents the Speaker from being a non-natural-born citizen and hence also ineligible to be President. Nor does it prevent a Cabinet member, who is also in the (further down) line of succession, from being under 35 or a non-natural-born citizen (there are and have been non-natural-born citizens serving as Cabinet members).
