Orange County, a traditionally conservative enclave in Southern California turned all blue after Democrats found tens of thousands of votes post election day. Just two years ago in 2016, only 2 Congressional districts in Orange County voted blue–now just two years later every single district voted blue.

Note that there 965,000 votes for governor while there are 1,377,000 votes for Congress. Take a look at the source page for Congressional races. The Gateway blogger is looking at the entire Congressional district -- not just the portions of the districts located in Orange County. So for the Congressional vote totals, the Gateway blogger is including non-Orange County votes in his analysis.
You forgot about Trump.
Some fuzzy math going on here. This is much ado about nothing. Some of those districts are partially in Orange County, and partially in other counties. For example, the 47th is partially in OC, and partially in LA County. This is what accounts for the disparity.

for the most part, didn’t even run a visible/effective campaign in Californication, anyway (and for one statewide office, at least, they ran an old, tired political hack-wannabe who has had the reputation for being a corruptoid for years and years... )
