At some point these kind of rulings will reach a point that is so absurd and odious they need to be defied. The Leftists on the bench have been moving toward that point for years now such that it has to happen sooner or later. These “rulimgs” have little more credibilty than just any citizen claiming the US Constitution implies they be given a billion dollars from the givernmemt for hand waving convulted arguments about “fairness”...and declaring that they are making a “ruling” and dont need to be a judge.
I think there is a real possibility that the Supreme Court will slap these partisan judges down sometime this year. Thomas wrote a blistering dissent of a per curium decision last year questioning the power of lower court judges to make the sweeping judgements as they have been doing of late.
