“Why?”
When (not if) the ‘Rats come in 2019 with their House majority to try and impeach Trump, they cannot claim he failed to cooperate with Special Counsel Mueller.
Trump has taken away any false pretext on their part to impeach.
I’d like to see Sekulow’s legal reasoning for exposing Trump to this.
“Why” - Good Question
Each branch of government has well defined boundaries as lawfully written. A myriad of later rulings have mostly continued to uphold these boundaries. The law and Constitution are prejudicially on the side of the POTUS in everything he has tried to do since being sworn in.
However, since Trump took office, judges across the US have now been given multiple “PRECEDENT SETTING” judgements, as the White House inculcates these rogue court rulings with legitimacy, and by which to continue exercising control over the White House and over previously well defined Constitutional Executive authority. And it is ALL being done in violation of settled law, and being done out of sheer hatred against all Americans who are trying to keep our America free, and pass liberty on to our children.
No judge has the constitutional authority to dictate policy on immigration, press/media access, or to stay the president from publishing reports regarding the truly illegal attempt to carry out a real coup conspiracy against the will of the American people! No non-congressionally appointed “Special Counsel” has the authority to dictate and determine how the Executive Branch conducts business. By playing along, the White House has already seeded Executive Authority to the already *Out of Control, anti-American, and grossly illegal DOJ.
At least from one angle, I could care less about how a bunch of anti-American judges rule ILLEGALLY on immigration, or how they illegally attempt to rule over the White House regarding “new press/media rules”, or how they have provided illegal cover for the left-wing conspirators trying to ILLEGALLY take down a lawfully elected president who is fighting for us.
Unless the White House rises to the occasion, it is curtains for our country.
These rulings are illegal, and compromising with them is empowering and pacifying evil. This unchecked illegality only gives life to more of it, until we are no longer a free people.
The last few molecules of our liberty and Constitution are truly about to be ripped away and replaced with absolute tyranny. This is not ultimately about any presidency!
This president must fight, or liberty dies! PERIOD!
The wisdom of Joe D, Larry K, and Mark L, should be what President Trump is listening to. Not the “lets just try various legal strategies to get along with the least amount of waves” types of lawyers who are in there now.
It would not have been an easy task, but even this election would not have gone the way it did at all, if Trump would not have listened to all those telling him to keep Sessions.
In fact, the DNC may have actually been nearly eliminated if the truth came out, and a few dozen grossly anti-American lawbreakers had been prosecuted!
Trump hesitated early on with Sessions, when it would have been easiest to replace Sessions, because of the scared and “lets just get along” counsel around him.
Sessions job (by design or not) acted to keep Trump from proclaiming the truth, and to keep Trump from prosecuting the guilty, which was necessary to defend our very liberty, until a new left wing congress was elected. This was the anti-American left wings only hope. And it worked!
Lets play footsie under the table with those who want you dead, when the entire Constitution and our children’s liberty is at stake, is totally morally wrong!
I have heard White House Counsel Jay S from Judicial Watch turn off many callers over the past year, who suggested we truly should not offer to appease the courts, or let them decide everything, because the lower courts have no jurisdiction.
Now Rudy seems to have joined the chorus, even though the courts have been way outside of their jurisdiction and incredibly wrong and anti-American. This White House repeatedly gets ruled against, and repeatedly and wrongfully acquiesces to, and follows the courts. THIS IS WRONG! The White House should ignore these rulings all the way to the Supreme Court.
The DOJ must have a real pro-American Constitutional lion!
Going after the real anti-American lawlessness within our DOJ of all places, is NOT AN OPTION!
The reason we are staring the death of our free nation in the face at this moment, is because this passivism toward those who seek the murder of liberty and our children, and to take money from the public treasury to pay for a foreign invasion (illegal’s), and to replace it with totalitarian governance, is not being stopped with prejudice.
Our own government is on the verge of determining every future president and public office holder, or the anti-Americanism they must espouse. That is tyranny!
We are staring evil in the face right now!
This is the hill we must stand on!
Anything else, and our liberty dies here and now!
