It’s not a tax now but it was a tax. Can we say that? Why was it “inaccurate and a scam” before. I’m not disputing you, just want to hear you expand.
I saw the “official portrait” of Roberts a few minutes ago. In that one and every picture I’ve seen of him since he validated Obamacare there’s a tint of shame or guilt, or weakness.
Roberts is a BIG WHITE RAT. Bush’s Earl Warren.
My guess is he deliberately spoke out in order to RECUSE himself when this comes up. Hence a 4-4 decision and the lower court decision stands.
Roberts never was, and is not now, a conservative.
No need to worry where there is no doubt: He established that he is thoroughly compromised years ago.
