“Terror-offenses” likely includes exhorting others to commit terrorist acts, conspiracy, aiding and abetting, material support, etc. Hopefully the PM wants to use law to round up and head out such offenders to Islamistan before-the-fact, and does not fantasize that the threat of deportation will have deterrent value.
