Pro-abortion stoonts on an Evangelical campus?
Surprising
ELCA isn’t Evangelical. Unless one is using the term broadly and speaking of evangelizing for leftist causes. They are are step or two behind the PCUSA and the ECUSA, but they are racing trying to catch up.
From their offical statement on abortion:
“This church recognizes that there can be sound reasons for ending a pregnancy through induced abortion.”
and
“Because of our conviction that both the life of the woman and the life in herwomb must be respected by law, this church opposes:
...
. laws that deny access to safe and affordable services for morally justifiable abortions”
