1 Trump is completely correct.

2 The federal judiciary is a separate branch of government and judges are extremely collegial. Arguing with Roberts about other judges is idiotic. Because you’re going to get a liberal ruling just to show you they weren’t intimidated. Shouldn’t happen but it will.

I tend to agree with you, but, as far as I’m concerned Roberts fired the first shot across the bow. It was SCOTUS that, recently, said the Executive Branch had the authority to make these decisions. There is a statute that backs that up. As usual, a judge from the 9th Circuit, felt the need to assert authority he does not have, to counter a policy he does not agree with.

Maybe the President should have just done what obama would have done. Ignored the court and ordered Border Patrol, etc to carry out his orders. It’s not like the 9th Circuit is going to send the US Marshals to the border to lock up the Border Patrol, especially when the President is, ultimately, their boss.

At the end of the day, Roberts showed his true colors. He’s a globalist, at best. Closet RINO/Liberal/GOPe/NWO stooge that was picked by Bush for a reason.

IOW, business as usual.

Unlike people like you Trump is going to remain on the side of truth and honesty and not going to kiss any liberal asses...Thank God.
