Bill Bennett appeared on "Fox & Friends" Friday to weigh in on President Trump's war of words with Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, saying this is a fight Roberts should not have picked.

But the impression that the Fake News is giving is that Roberts intentionally issued a press release to rebuke Trump, and that’s just not the case.
I’ve got to hand it to Trump. He took advantage of the Fake News shenanigans and got some great free publicity for an important issue.

They used to campaign on the issue but too many Leftists have been winning the Senate seats, and they much prefer the Left Coast version of the law.
