The final U.S. Senate race of 2018 takes place Tuesday in Mississippi. It pits a gaffe-prone Republican who has inflamed racial tensions with a comment about a “public hanging” against a former member of President Clinton’s Cabinet with questionable ethics who accepted a $750,000 lobbying contract from an African despot accused of crimes against humanity.

In late 1998 Espy was acquitted of all charges by a jury in Washington, with the only white juror insisting that race was not a factor in the deliberations. But even though jurors concluded prosecutors failed to show Espy took anything in exchange for an official act, President Clinton determined Espy’s judgment alone was enough to remove him from office. Yeah, they both suck but one of them will vote for Trump's judicial picks and one of them will not. That's all that matters.

This whole thing is Kavanaugh part deux. Hyde-Smith is about as liberal as you can find for a republican in Mississippi yet she’s being Kavanaughed for running against one of the most crooked Dem politicians to ever come out of this state. The full court press is on by the media to paint this woman as a racist when the reality is she’s no racist and hardly even a conservative at all, she’s a dem that the Haley Barbour big money GOPe dressed up as a republican to install into RINO Thad Cochran’s seat hoping to keep a real conservative from taking it. It should teach her never to try and befriend a bunch of snakes, they’ll turn on you.
