Just a few years ago Deep State foreign policy think tanks like CFR were gushing all over him and that he was ushering in a new “moderate” era in US/Iran/Middle East relations. They nailed this one, didn’t they? They can put out reams of position papers, speak in front of other foreign policy think tanks and fellow international affairs wonks and gurus, but the bottom line is they never solve a damn thing.
Someone who graduated from the School of Foreign Service from Georgetown University in 2018 with a degree in Middle East Relations is gonna have no more insight nor have solutions to the problems there than a person who graduated from the same school with the same degree back in 1968. Becoming part of the foreign policy bureaucracy gets you a ticket and invitation to join the Swamp in DC. What we’ve ended up with is a bunch of well paid and well connected foreign policy “experts” who are responsible for so many of the flareups and problems around the world and trillions of dollars wasted over the decades from our national treasury as a result.

They were just as clueless in 1918. The mess the Middle East got into back then was a result of the “solutions” espoused by Lauren-tine pan-Arabists, and we’re still suffering from the damned Cairo-Khartoum cabal’s machinations to this day.
What we need is some ignorant hillbillies taking charge of foreign policy. We’ll call the blue-grass band in charge of the State Department the Foggy Bottom Boys, and the Foreign Relations Committee members, the Capitol Hillbillies. Granny will give all diplomats stiff doses of her “cold remedy,” Jethro will be the press liaison, Uncle Jed will make the speeches, and Ellie May will walk past them all in her tight blue jeans. And they’ll solve more problems than a 100 years of these over-educated ass-wipes ever could.
Might as well get all of the ragheads on one registration point.

If we are gonna arm, organize, and support ANYTHING it had better be our own citizens AT THE BORDER stopping illegal immigration. Anything else is a BS distraction that I could care less about.
When get a handle on controlling our borders then AND ONLY THEN will I consider ONE PENNY flowing into the coffers of a foreign power to fight another foreign power.
