I don’t buy the notion that Roberts is in denial or naive. You cannot be this clueless and rise to become a SC Justice. No, it is much worse. I do not know exactly is going on with Roberts but it’s nothing good. It’s clear we do not have a 5-4 conservative court. Trump cannot count on help there.
