Just drove our fattened Angus heifer, Shadow, over an hour to the butcher early this morning. She'll be filling our freezer in 3 weeks when they get done processing her.
I wish I had known that eating Shadow's burgers was going to kill me.
I mean we could have opted for tofu or veggie burgers instead....I suppose.
To save me and my wife from dying. You know. And saving the planet and all. You know. Doing our part.
