The only man that can say that and get people to pay attention is the POTUS. I think he’s got other fish to fry. May not accomplish anything to say it other than to rattle the Bernie types.

He can even say the Democrats are against wind energy because they’re against ALL energy.

In 1994 the city of Macon Georgia was hit by heavy floods. The company I worked for made turbine blades for power plants as a subcontractor to GE and Westinghouse, among other things. The GE field repair unit called US and asked if we could reveres engineer and make replacement buckets, ie low flow blades for an older dam's turbines. logs had gotten through the barriers and hit the waterwheels. We had to reverse engineer them because the dam was from the 1920's and no one had blueprints for the turbines any more. I took six damaged blades and came up with a replacement design. GE said looks good to us. One week later sixty new buckets made. The dam had operated nonstop since the 20's

Rather than go to war with wind energy, the thrust of the article is that it will die on it’s own. The thrust of the article is that wind energy is ......not sustainable.
One wonders about the existing arrays over many square miles. When the usable life is over or nearly over, who will fess up the money to remove the inoperable machines?
