For the comparison to be correct, the Jews would have had to be in the majority. Then some Jews would have had to be fleeing some kind of persecution from some other Jews. Pretty sure that’s NOT what happened in Germany and the rest of Europe under Hitler’s rule.

By the time Hitler put Europe into war in 1937, Jews were less than one-half of one percent of Germany’s 67 million citizens. Most of Germany’s peak population of 500k Jews left in the few years after 1933.
