Illegal Deported 2 Years Ago Arrested in Murder of Store Clerk in Houston

Border Patrol agents apprehended a previously deported murderer who illegally re-entered the U.S. about one month following his deportation.

A court in Travis County convicted the man on the murder charge and sentenced him to 11 years in a Texas prison. (ICE) Enforcement and (ERO) officers deported the man back to his home country of Mexico on October 5, 2018.... FIVE DAYS LATER, Border Patrol agents found him back in Texas.

Shouldn’t he be sentenced to death in Texas then?

Or does Oregon want to save his life?
