The article states that the legislation has the full support of NM House and Senate leaders and the new Rat governor and repeal is set as a high priority for the 60-day legislative session in January.

If the DemonRATs want an appeal of New Mexico’s abortion ban, I say that new legislation should be passed that requires any unwanted child be given a trial by jury to determine if the child should be aborted. Judicial findings should include a video using a laparoscopic camera to show the baby whose existence is under judgement.
