Cohen has plead guilty to lying to Congress.

Why would Mueller have any jurisdiction over what someone says when testifying to congress? Am I missing something that is obvious to everyone else. I have missed the toilet while standing square in front of it, so it is possible!

I wondered the same thing when I read the story. It seems to me the congressional committee would make a referral to the justice department first. Maybe there will be a more comprehensive report later today explaining what happened.

Good question. Mueller was given way too much latitude to investigate all of this other stuff. This will go on forever.
