I don't know if its related to Mueller or not, but it's still fun to speculate.
Speculate this: What if Burke has the goods on all of those high profile Chicago Dems, and they know it? Mueller lets them know that if Burke spills his guts on Trump, Mueller will look the other way on other matters.
One of two things happen:
1) All of those high profile Chicago Dems pressure Burke to flip on Trump, or
B) Burke is found Burnham Park with a 'self-inflicted' gunshot wound to the back of the head, ruled as clearly a suicide.

Special counsels are a joke. It was dumb to sic Ken Starr on Bill Clinton as well. Clinton did himself in by lying about Lewinsky. Didn't need a special counsel for that.
If there is a crime, prosecute it! It should never be the other way around.
