The creek runs through a couple or three or four neighborhoods, so I’m betting that they are dining in more than one place. I know they are not here all day just from watching on the weekends. But they do know the sound of the garage door and when I turn the kitchen light on they know for sure that I am there and make it known LOUDLY that they are hungry.

There’s no telling how many other folks they’ve trained. LOL

I’m sure there are ducks in this area but I haven’t seen any around the farm. There are a LOT of Canadian geese that decided they like it here better than up north and live around the lake year-round. They cover our fields after harvest to eat grain that fell during the combining. It always makes me think of the Wizard of Oz when they’re out there because they sound like the witch’s flying monkeys. LOL
