If this story is accurate, then Congress should, immediately, find out who in the FBI or DOJ authorized a raid against a protected “Whistleblower”.
I would like to know if this is related to any of Mueller’s operations or operatives. If so, he could be held in contempt of congress or “obstruction of a federal investigation” (re by the IG).

I believe you have the wrong take on this matter. Something tells me the contractor was holding back on his possession of government property - playing coy by using his whistleblower protection status as a foil and providing only what he wanted to provide.
