Thursday was the first day that Jeffrey Toobin claims he thought that President Donald Trump would not finish his term in office. Or at least it was the first time Toobin had that thought since September, when he announced that a Trump tweet was an impeachable offense.
What drove Toobin to repeat his fantasy on Anderson Cooper 360 on Thursday was Michael Cohen claiming he was lying when he testified to Congress about the time frame of Trump conducting perfectly legal business negotiations with Russians.
Here is Toobin pretending that he never ever had a Trump exit fantasy before yesterday:

So many people at CNN are slobbering over Trump you could float a boat.
Trump can tweet whatever he wants and it is not an impeachable offense.
If words alone were enough to impeach and remove people from office there would be no democrats in office.
Wonder what he is going to think after Trumps wins in a landslide in 2020?
As all the media Leftists, Toobin wouldn’t be on TV if it weren’t for President Trump. He better hope the President survives or he’ll just be another Communist professor, and they are less than a dime a dozen.
He sounds like those girls that get surgeries to allow themselves to pretend to be virgins, or like the “infant wonder” in Nicholas Nickleby.
You’d be hard pressed to find a more vacuous commentator than Toobin.
So Cohen said a perfect legal business transaction took place in March rather than July...

This is not the first day I thought Toobin should not be on CNN.
Jeffrey Toobin, more of a Social Warrior than a lawyer and more of an opinion writer rather than a reporter....just as ex-pres was/is more of a community organizer than president...Obama continues today showing his lack of knowledge of American history, history period....he makes it up as he goes...looking around expecting people to agree with him...they don’t and BHO digs the hole deeper.......

Trump could have walked to the Russian embassy in October 2016, asked for the KGB files on Hillary Clinton, accepted the stack of them, walked out the door and directly to his campaign headquarters without having committed a crime.
Why?
