A federal appeals court announced Friday that it would hold a closed oral argument session on Dec. 14, to address a lawsuit apparently filed against Special Counsel Robert Mueller by an unidentified grand jury witness.
Much of the detail in the case remains under seal, and there has been intense speculation in the legal and political communities over the identity of the mystery appellant.
Speculation in some media was that President Trump himself had filed the lawsuit back in August, but his attorney denied it.

One thing is certain, any person being prosecuted has a right to discovery of even classified information if it would aid his defense. If the government doesn’t want to disclose it, they have to drop the charges.

Mueller needs to be criminally taken to task for his career of perfidy, color-of-law crimes, general incompetence and fraud for taking of Federal Funds for fraudulent, illegal enterprises.

Maybe Manafort’s wife? Of all the news reports I’ve read about this stupid special counsel investigation, it seems like she would have the strongest grounds for legal action. Was she a grand jury witness?
Iirc it’s the same story Jerry Corsi wrote about years ago and is the anonymous person in his co-defendant in latest lawsuit against Mueller. I may be wrong, have been trying to connect dots for a week or more.

I had to read that very slowly to understand it. I don’t know if this is the case at hand, could be. But I think Mueller needs to be attacked from many angles. And there are several, such as the suit questioning his broad authority without Senate consent, and appeals of convictions and pleas based on deception.
But no greater attack can happen than to appoint a special prosecutor, or three, to investigate the conspiracy of Obama admin officials and agency directors.
Re “a grand jury witness”.
Could involved attempted witness tampering, i.e. lies against, planted evidence, threats against their family, asked to commit perjury.
This, indeed, should be interesting.

In our household, Fox is turned on ONLY for Tucker, Hannity, Ingraham, and Justice with Jeanine. We don’t get Fox Business, but I get it on Sirius. Don’t give them any ratings until they get the message they won’t have a station if they want to Trump bash and be anti-American. All other programs are used for Trump bashing either overtly or subtly.
Speaking of Chaffetz... Darrell Issa was on Jesse Watters show last Sat and said that Chaffetz didn’t do his job as Oversite Chair.
