Being an admiral, I imagine he could get away with it but...On his left shoulder, he appears to be wearing a South Carolina naval ensign from the Revolutionary War in green and black tones. Anyone have information on devices like that for sailors uniforms?
I have no idea. That pic was from around 5-6 weeks ago if I read it correctly.
