Yup. I am still dismayed but it went how it went. The deviocrats nearly swept the whole shebang. Just one seat short in the state senate from basically being able to do everything they want henceforth. I don't see it turning around. It's nice to say if las vegas is discounted they R's would have won. But, it isn't discounted. Some lib folks say that the population centers(LV-Reno) spoke for all of us. But, when you look at the raw numbers, the difference was around 80,000 votes. But, 80,000 or 200, they won. So now we will have a gov who will probably NOT spend much time in Carson City. You know, the backwater capital of the state. Oh well. Done deal now.

Never Trumpers lost. No surprise. Zero enthusiasm for any of the candidates.

Just last month I was telling a republican campaign official that the democrats have a ground game, I’ve had democrat candidates show up at my door, (I’m in a somewhat remote exurb), gotten numerous democrat calls, 10:1 democrat to republican mailers. Other than the mailers, it’s pretty much been crickets from the republicans.

The republicans simply don’t have a ground game.

The GOP-e types almost never campaign to win. Or campaign much at all. Bumps on logs. The kids in the back row who, if they show any life at all, just play around or pass little joke notes to each other.

Heller brought about his own demise by being an Amnesty stooge.

The Republican Party is so sold out to the fiyoznaci leftists that it reminds me of the nice little kid who’s hand- crafted little slot car was, sadly, posted of considerable friction and poor alignment. No matter how hard he wished, and greased it, and pushed, it wouldn’t even slide down the hill successfully. Ditto for the GOP-e. Hopeless bunch of ( mostly- deliberate) losers who stand for, represent nothing 😩

Sounds like they ran campaigns like McCain’s presidential campaign.

The change in CA politics 30 years ago began when the Dems took control of the media and only broadcast the message they wanted.
During Clinton, Media Matters started to change the media message regarding Clinton.

Then they began the attacks on Rush and Faux News.

Now Faux is a shadow of what it was and Rush is limited to radio preaching to only conservatives.

Now they have penetrated the media world wide.

Many prospective candidates and state GOP organizations are terrified of bad media stories and not being invited to the best parties so they just try to get along rather than fight or be in any way controversial.

Seems to me that Nevada can easily be explained by using demographics.Far too many Kalifornians and people whose last name ends in a “z”.

The Republican Party is dying. Everywhere.

And die it must, before it can be replaced by a pro-American party.

Do not misunderstand me - most Republicans are pro-American. But the party, as an organization, is not.

Same thing in Colorado.

I never got a single letter, text or mailer from the Stapleton campaign asking me to volunteer for him, to vote for him or from the GOP.

Its like the party is dead here. No one is in charge.

No wonder NV and CO have turned Blue. The GOP stopped caring about its voters and went off to die.

Who wants to vote for it? No one, apparently.

B..Bu...But...Wasn’t it the NV GOPe that dropped pro-life from its platform?
I thought that once the GOPe dropped pro-life and social issues in general from its platform that it was supposed to attract swing voters in droves.
At least, that’s what our betters in the pundit class keep telling us.
So what gives?
Why hasn’t the NV GOPe taken over the state by now?
