From the picture, she seems to pass for white. Will passing garner the black vote?That's the advantage of running people with ambiguous ethnicity. She can be passed as white where she needs to be and non-white where that helps. Kinda like Beto. The Democrats are perfectly happy to let people *think* he's hispanic.
