New governor needs to move the control by executive order if it’s not locked in legally to the agriculture department.

Legislature has to move it. Should be under the executive branch but not in the overall licensing board, which is very inefficient.

Also, in case you haven’t heard, our illustrious supervisor of elections in broward county has decided to NOT resign. New gov. and AG need to investigate and any wrong doing needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
