If Second Amendment supporters can pass the Constitutional amendment in the Iowa House in 2019, it will almost certainly pass voter approval in 2020.

If the RKBA is clearly stated in the US Constitution, then why would STATES need THEIR OWN RKBA amendment??
Shouldn’t the US Const. supercede, and RKBA not fall under 10th Amendment rules??

Years ago, Iowa was a “may issue” state.
The county sheriff would have to give permission for a gun permit.
