WASHINGTON President Trump will not be speaking at the funeral for the late President George H.W. Bush, it was reported Monday.
Instead, the Bush family has lined up four people to say eulogies to President George H.W. Bush including his son, George W. Bush.
The other eulogists include former Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney, former Sen. Alan Simpson (R-Wy.) and presidential historian Jon Meacham, who also eulogized first lady Barbara Bush.

Exactly.
Saving us the time and duty of cleaning up the spew after having listened to this WON.
Why? Jeb is an enemy of President Trump.
You made me snicker, you hound.
Fine. Obama will not be speaking about himself, too.
—
Obama has probably pre-recorded himself talking about his incredible greatness, so it can be played at his funeral someday.
“Factoid: Sitting presidents have eulogized the last three past presidents who have died.
“
Pretty pathetic that Trump is not even invited to eulogize a former President.
Sounds fine to me. What could “the Donald” say about HW. HW was the beginning of the New World Order/Globalism. President Trump is anything but a member of that crowd. I glad he wasn’t asked and put in the awkward position of having to extol HW with platitudes he (Trump) didn’t believe in.
Me too. The only past U.S. President who will be speaking is his son, which is right and proper.
Proper, unlike the whole McCain thing.
If I could speak at H.W.’s funeral it would be very short. Herewith: Thanks for your military service. Thanks for your efforts to establish a new world order. And thanks for the tax increase after you had me read your lips. Rest in peace and say ‘Hi’ to JFK and LBJ.
Does not bother me that Trump was not invited to speak.
Exactly. And like McCain's dog and pony show, and despite having voted for G.H.W. Bush twice, I won't be watching his funeral coverage either.
HW was the beginning of the New World Order/Globalism.
—
Absolutely. The concept wasn’t his invention but the implementation by the US government began with him. Carter stumbled towards it, but only as a stumble-bum. HW launched a premeditated and coordinated strike against American sovereignty and the entire ClintonBush family carried on from there.
LOL!

I’m glad that this is (temporarily) ending. Hopefully, it’ll end for good. I’m tired of our national parties becoming one big ol’ cozy family of azz-kissing oligarchs.
wouldn’t be prudent
Factoid: Another example of the Establishment having no respect for our votes.
Yeah, they should have given Trump a few words to say. Probably at least one good interaction between them at some time.
Good. Trump can save his voice for something of importance.
Glad to see the trend broken if that is
what the Bush family or GHWB desired.
If Barky spoke he’d claim credit for HW’s death.
