Things are very bad between Phil Murphy and Dem leaders (NJ in crisis)

State lawmakers’ investigation into Gov. Phil Murphy’s administration over its handling of a staffer’s sexual assault allegation has ratcheted up distrust between the governor and his fellow Democrats who control the New Jersey Legislature, NJ Advance Media has learned.

The result? Big picture, the state’s top leaders haven’t met privately for nearly two months. It’s no better on the daily transactional level. For example, Murphy’s office yanked complimentary football tickets away from the co-chairwoman of the legislative committee investigating the allegations, sources say.

The tickets were probably for the Jets, who suck miserably, hence why they were “free”.

Hmmm ... were these Giants tickets? Jets tickets? Maybe Rutgers tickets?

In any case, Governor Murphy must have really, really liked this woman a lot if he spared her the misery of attending one of those games.

Figures their concern would be over the handling of sexual harassment allegations. Everyone knows that there are no other problems in NJ.

The National Media has not said a word about this rape scandal in NJ. I would like to see President Trump drop a tweet about this cover up, then hammer the Media for not caring until he shamed them into it.

They are trying desperately to cover up a major rape case along with the fact that the sanctuary, high tax slave state is being flushed down the toilet by one party rule oligarchy.

No one likes Murphy. He’s a one term Governor.

The man can’t work with a legislature controlled by his own party. Go figure.

I live in this Godless awful state. In the past when a democrat governor shyt the bed, it was possible for a GOP candidate to win. Those days are over!!

Look at NY, especially NYC where everyone HATES DeBlasio but he won and would still win in a landslide. He has turned NYC into that 70’s show.

Murphy might be a one term governor....

If the NJ GOP can’t get their act together after the stunning Hugin loss by now and 2021, he will win reelection by default.....and then run for president in 2024 with the media behind him.

He is a multimillionaire. He has the $$$$$ to be a white man on the Democratic ticket.

$15 minimum wage and legal adult-use marijuana

Won’t NJ be the first state with the $15.00 minimum wage ? I know some folks that aren’t worth 2 cents that would love to have something like that pass here in Virginia.
