LOL I thought the modern equivalent was known as WILLY PETE, AKA White Phosphorus. Also napalm dropped from aircraft or in ground mounted mode as Fou-gasse but pronounced FOO-GAS as seen in the John Wayne version of the Green Berets.

We do plenty of that. (And were accused of using “chemical weapons” if you recall.)
For up close and personal, the IDF still uses a hose. Just the tank has changed.
