FYI, the building of the wall was passed by Congress before Obambi got in office. It's still Law. The problem has been the funding that Hussein and his Congress didn't allow. I expected that.
What I didn't expect was Repubs having the Presidency and both "chambers" (as ack-Cortez says) of Congress and not fund it in the past two years. Pfft.
Unbelievable....this is why I have transitioned to a position of support for A LEADER with full plenary powers and above ( the lawyer corrupted) law.
