Agreed. The Founding Fathers were correct to make the Senate accountable to the States. You would see the term “unfunded mandate” evaporate into thin air.

That’s my preference - repeal the 17th.

And the 16th too, while we’re at it.

Bingo - along with the 16th. That should be the primary platform of an Article V convention.
