Mind telling us what the going rate is, to get people to pass drug screening

Higher pay attracts a higher class of worker - one who's likely to pass the drug test. Sub-par wages attract sub-par people.

I also find it ironic that someone won't hire a person who fails a marijuana test because "it's illegal" (even if the person shows no sign of intoxication on the job) while gleefully hiring illegal immigrants.

That is the the employers job to find that out. They should keep raising the offering wage until the type of worker, in this case drug free, shows up. It is not rocket science. Business creeps, sheesh. Morons.

Why I hate business types. They set a arbitrary wage and try to find employees instead of trying to find the going rate for workers LIKE EVERY OTHER COMMODITY.
