President George H.W. Bush State Funeral Service
A National Day of Mourning includes a state funeral service for former President George H.W. Bush at the Washington National Cathedral.

Yes ..I do....and appreciate you understand fully this day and this hour for our nation.....and that of our President and first lady who have been wonderful throughout this time.
I don’t watch ANY funerals.

Great eulogies, not without a few calculated stabs and shots.
But you forget.....Our Pres. Trump crossed political divides and in one fell swoop ‘welcomed’ former President George W. Bush and his wife Laura to the Blair House....
The funeral was dignified and beautiful because nobody took shots at Trump, unlike the McCain funeral.
I forget nothing. Our beloved President seems to be making some mistakes lately.

That’s because Trump and the Bushes wanted it so.... and Bush was specific to welcome the Pres. and First Lady before he began his eulogy in case anyone in the front row might have questioned that decision. Trump and melania were their honored guests..just as the Bushes were being invited to the Blair House.

Perhaps, but in his decisions and requests of the Bush family throughout this service he is spot on.
Yes he’s catholic now. His wife is catholic so he converted.

I was thinking carters is going to be interesting since it’s been soon to be 38 years since he left the White House, will anybody from his administration be around? He’s on his 6th president since he’s left. Kinda amazing even for the worst president in history....although obama is very close to worst.

I have my opinions about the Bushes. However....there is no country on God’s green earth that can hold a candle to our final farewell to a president. It was a beautiful service and I thank you so much for posting the photos.
Do you happen to know the schedule for tomorrow and what will be televised?
