The GOP might want to take care of this banara republic, “democrat” bull**** before the next election. 2018 was a joke and the “democrats” are laughing at US.

And what are the chances that the owner of the ballot was the actual person to fill in the choices.

In 2016, California Gov. Jerry Brown opened the door to fraud by signing a law allowing anyone to drop off a ballot for another person. This gave rise to a new practice known as “ballot harvesting” in which Democratic Party canvassers visited people who had not voted on Election Day and collected their mail-in ballots and turned them in on their behalf. This year, a record 250,000 people voted by having someone else turn in their vote-by-mail ballots. The practice of ballot harvesting makes a mockery of the idea of Election Day.

So, who can fix this illegal vote count and declare the results prior to the flips null and void, thus giving the seats back to the Republicans?

SCOTUS ?

Democracy and equality are two terms that are often defined much differently depending on the context.

Democracy, like equality, has many many different connotations, few if any of them beneficial to the human condition.

For democracy to work, there must be a populace that is capable of informed opinions, and has access to the real situation on the ground, through a free and unbiased news reporting medium. For equality to work, there has to be a mutually agreed to set of ground rules, and the will to enforce them fairly and impartially.

If voting really mattered in California, it would probably outlawed altogether, and only a sampling of “polls” taken of small select groups would be used as a guide to selection of the government officials.

"the practice of ballot harvesting makes a mockery of the idea of Election Day"

I respectfully disagree with Mr. Morris about election day.

With the exception of ballots harvested from undocumented Democrats and other people not eligible to vote, why aren’t Republicans also harvesting ballots?

Regarding the votes of undocumented Democrats, consider that Section 2 of the 14th Amendment was made to discourage ballot box fraud concerning House elections.

The irony concerning Section 2 is that regardless that the feds have the power to enforce Section 2, the DC swamp is not going to prosecute itself for cheating the ballot box.

Thank G-d that Donald Trump is president.

And since we’re talking about Democrats, patriots need to consider Dan Borgino’s excellent 37 min video (associated book) helps to flesh out the alleged Mueller conspiracy against Pres. Trump.

Does the constitutional concept of state rights extend to allowing states to commit all the election fraud they want?

So what the Democrats did was they looked at the Election Day returns and then targeted those districts they lost but where the margin was close enough that victory might be snatched from the jaws of defeat by a little ballot harvesting.

No. The ballots were "harvested" during the weeks before the election, and held ready for election day.

Any ballots for Republicans were discarded. Empty ballots filled out for the "right" people.

All the ballots turned in at the last minute on election day to prevent any serious accounting of where they came from.

Not surprising. California is doing its best to become a third world country. This is part of the program.

The GOP congress, in the time before the changeover, can easily pass a law making "ballot harvesting" illegal nationwide for Federal elections.

Will Ryan and McConnell do so? Not on your life.

Absolutely NOTHING will be done about it. California is Demonrat Central. Of course the Demonrats in Congress will seat all the Demonrats who can steal an election or seven.

How is this constitutional? It’s like a proxy vote? This mail in voting except for overseas service men needs to be stopped.

Here’s the piece that is missing in the “Vote Harvesting” story:

Under the California law, ballots are sent to every registered voter whether they request one or not. Thanks to Motor Voter and other Dem shams, there is a large percentage of potential voters that have no intention of voting. The DNC has identified these non-voters, and probably re-directed the ballots of these people to the addresses of DNC operatives - who then fill out and submit as many as needed to swing the seat after a majority of the votes have already been counted.

That’s how they were able to swing seats very late that were called for Republicans very early in the evening by even the liberal networks.

But the problem is, those that can escape that shithole because they have jobs that they can do via the computer, or can do from anywhere due to the ability to travel so easily, or are already wealthy enough/retired, move. And when they move they bring their bullsh*t with them. Ignorant and blind to the fact that the policies they’ve been supporting all these years, caused them to move, but they’ve been isolated to so much of it.

Does some rich guy anywhere along the coast or Napa Valley, who is tried and true liberal, but has never had to deal with the effects of illegal immigration, latin gangs, neighborhoods destroyed, care what goes on. But, when he moves to Denver, Billings, Bozeman, Boise, Prosper, McKinney, Phoenix, etc, they bring all those voting ideas with them and again, due to their wealth, are so insulated from all the negative effects.

If I’m not mistaken, the property taxes in California aren’t all that bad in relation to all the insane liberal stuff that goes on. It’s all the other taxes, fees and costs that make living there so expensive. I guess it all depends on where, but a buddy of mine lived in Oceanside and he said his property taxes weren’t all that bad. It was everything else that drove him out of there. The illegal aliens being in the top 2 reasons.

What keeps the types that you describe from ever facing the reality that you describe, is the PC culture, which makes it a taboo in affluent Western circles to even acknowledge that people are not equal in ability, or motivation, or in how they interact with other people. It is the absurd need to pretend that we are interchangeable, which is destroying the West.

Footnote On Egalitarian Absurdity

Reason Or Compulsion?

And it is also a fact that the PC culture actually only benefits demagogues & scoundrels. It does not help those the Left pretends to be concerned over.
