This is something I know a lot about (i.e. “judgments”).

If Trumps lawyers “choose” to pursue this mercilessly, she will be lucky to keep an extra pair of underwear. A functioning checking account is out of the question. Some credit card companies will cancel you even if your payment record is stellar. She can keep her car and house if she wants. But, “liquidity” is hard to hold on to with an aggressive lawyer on your tail. (no pun intended)

I would not want to be facing what she is facing. If she can find a lawyer to do it, she should sue Avenatti.

First step for Stormy is a Chapter filing in Manhattan which should hold off any enforcement of judgment for a year or so. Next step start work on a tell all autobiographical film exposing any other business celebrity types and their proclivities. Finally, a change of life commitment to religion and a battered women’s organization.

The lien would cloud the title so the property could never be sold
