Ever since we spent a few years in Belgium I have mayonnaise with my fries instead of ketchup. But please don’t hate me for being un-American, or something.

Last month in England, I had fish and chips and asked for ketchup and then they brought me “tomato sauce”. That was a new term for me.

After I married a nice Canadian girl I tried malt vinegar on french fries, and have continued ever since.

I always liked mayo or tartar sauce with fries. Even as a kid.
Ketchup is ok sometimes.

I put mayonnaise on a hamburger the other day and SURVIVED. This was Aldi grass fed for 5 dollars per lb .. the best at least in my book. I am semi lo-carb so no buns/
