The robots get bathroom breaks? How about lunch breaks?
I’ll have to admit ,that’s a headline I never expected to see in my lifetime.
I guess someone is going to be disappointed when their Amazon order of bear repellent spray doesn’t show up today as promised.
Sh*t’s gettin’ REAL... :^)
“Hi Sarah... I’m Doctor Silbermann...!!!” [ followed by ballpoint pen stab ]
I predict it won’t be long until some dimwit freshman congress person with an IQ equal to or less than Obama’s average 18 hole golf score elected by a constituency with an average 5 points lower introduces legislation to allow robots to vote in federal elections.
The fact that they are blaming this on a robot is assigning the ability to think to the robot.
How many years did the expensive, fancy, robot, baggage system at Denver International Airport fail before they gave it back to the humans? It still sits as a reminder of how to make millions and produce a failure.
At least Amazon’s beginning pay is 15 an hour.
I worked for Walmart at 9 an hour as a front end cashier. It was required to wait until official breaks, which in some cases depending upon the hours you were assigned to work that day, up to six hours before you would be relieved.
I’d much rather be compensated that extra $$$ as incentive if restroom breaks were few and far between.
