President Trump exchanged greetings with his predecessor Barack Obama and former first lady Michelle Obama after arriving at George H.W. Bush ’s funeral Wednesday, but there was a noticeable lack of warmth between the commander-in-chief and the woman he defeated to win the White House.
Bush’s funeral brought together all of the living former presidents – Obama, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Jimmy Carter – as well as Trump and first lady Melania Trump.
The pair was seated in the front row of the Washington National Cathedral next to the Obamas. Trump shook hands with Obama and former first lady Michelle Obama, who greeted him by saying, "Good morning," before he took his seat. Melania Trump also shook hands with the Obamas and Bill Clinton and nodded at Hillary Clinton.
But neither President Trump nor the Clintons appeared to acknowledge one another when the president arrived. Hillary Clinton, the 2016 Democratic presidential nominee, stared straight ahead while former President Bill Clinton glanced over.
Trump and Hillary Clinton vociferously clashed throughout their 2016 presidential campaigns – and their feud has continued into Trump’s presidency.
Carter is seated at the end of the row, next to Hillary Clinton.
When George W. Bush and former first lady Laura Bush arrived at the cathedral, the family greeted the Trumps, all of the former presidents and their wives.
Earlier Wednesday, Trump said he was “looking forward to being with the Bush family.”

They had to keep maximal separation between Trump and Hillary and they couldn’t very well put Melania next to Bill...so the Obamas were the only choice as spacers.
Much ado about nothing. Trump was seated next to Uhbama, and so they didn’t bother going down the line through to Carter, either.
At least Melania was ‘safe’ sitting beside Hussein. Wouldn’t trust EITHER Clinton sitting next to her......
Trump didn’t shake hands with the Clinton’s because his arms are not 10 feet long. Same reason he didn’t shake Jimmy Carter’s hand. That would have required yet another yard of length in his arms.
I’m thinking the dismal failure of the Clintons’ “Everyone Loves Us! Really They Do! No One Wants Us To Be Indicted For Anything!” Tour might be giving them a clue.
Trump continues to occupy space in Hillary’s brain. What’s left of it.
He tried but Hillary couldn’t grasp his hand...

That makes sense. But they are always seated in chronological order.

Bush was a war hero as was McCain. Both lost their way in the pursuit of globalism and tyranny of government though they did it in causes they thought were just and right. Both were wrong. Both were good men but severely flawed.
Both were flawed heroes.

Yes, Hillary nodded hello to Melania’s wave and so did Carter. I didn’t notice Hillary acknowledging her until seeing this on Martha’s show tonight with Jesse. Watch at the end as Martha kept playing the video to watch Quayles and Dick Cheney watching the display and taking in every moment of it. LOL

They took his money and schmoozed with him in photos. The Clintons needed enablers to achieve their ends. They owe favors around the world but good luck collecting them.
Trump didn’t need them nor most nearly anybody. He doesn’t owe anyone anything.
And not only does it eat at their sad souls, he also lives _rent free_ in their dismal craniums.
I forgot to add this about Bush senior. After the military build up by Reagan and his economic warfare against the Soviet Union which was in conjunction with the Saudi Arabia they collapsed economically. The Saudie’s drove the price of oil down and the Soviet Union collapsed. They had no money.
This was Bush seniors greatest error of post Soviet Union collapse. He should have embarrassed the individual nations of the old Soviet Union and drawn them quickly to the West and at the same time drawn Russia proper to the West. He neglected this great opportunity. It was a horrible error.

The seating was (left to right) President, First Lady, President, First Lady....kind of like the way they made us line up in school sometimes: boy/girl/boy/girl...
Much better arrangement than a seating free for all.
I don’t remember Simpson’s exact words but something like “Hatred destroys the container it’s in”. I think it’s just about destroyed Hillary. She’s definitely filled with hate.
And I’m sure she goes a little more off the rocker when she hears the word “Trump”. She can’t completely hide from the
media talking about him.
I just thought of something. She’s probably more pissed at Satan than anyone. She sold her soul yet didn’t get the White House she was promised. She learned the hard way that he is the father of lies.
