A few years ago, I received a call from a local clerk of courts, warning me that a gentleman that I’d sat next to in court was an illegal alien from Mexico with active TB. That sure got my attention.
The two-year study found that international migrants are less likely than people in their host countries to die of heart disease, cancer, respiratory diseases and other ills. The exceptions are hepatitis, tuberculosis and HIV. But the study also found these infections are generally only spread within the affected immigrant communities and not to the wider population.

It depends on what the meaning of “migrants” is.

Previously, the term “migrants” has been used in the corporate media exclusively as a euphemism for illegal aliens. Legal immigrants have NOT been referred to as “migrants”.
Apparently a decision has been made to now apply the term “migrants” more widely in order to leverage the ambiguity for political purposes.
Did anyone announce this change in the meaning of the language? Nope, but you are supposed to accept the shift of the very terms of reality reality, without argument - and many routinely fall for that bait.
No, sorry. They don’t get to use “migrants” in this ambiguous way when it has been established to mean “disorderly border-crossers”.
This makes the claims of the quoted individuals lies, and the story fake news.
Employers, like hospitals, prefer cut-rate, sub-minimum wage workers, whom they can abuse at will.
