In the year after Hillary Clinton’s presidential defeat, donors seemed to abandon the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation, with contributions plummeting nearly 58 percent.
The $36 million nosedive in donations has come to light as Republican legislators plan to hold hearings on the results of a federal corruption investigation into the non-profit next month.
Federal authorities have long been probing the non-profit over allegations of “pay to play.” Specifically, the FBI investigation focused on whether any donations made to the foundation were linked to policy decisions made while Hillary Clinton was secretary of state from 2009 to 2013, according to published reports.

Stolen money goes away faster than earned money.
I’m remiss in my duties. I never gave a contribution to the Clinton foundation.
And I never even bought carbon credits with Al Gore.
My bad. I can’t do virtue signaling.

Of course, it was an influence peddling scheme. No influence, nothing to peddle.
Bummer. It is difficult keeping an influence selling business going when you have no influence to sell.
Another thing they should compare is speaking fees before and after the loss.
Tough to peddle influence when you no longer have it.
That’s alright.
They’ll pick up again prior to her winning the Presidency in 2020. She’s a lock for it this time.
But of course our political class is too stupid to figure out why.

They ARE complicit and ‘in on that game’.
The only thing the Clintons have ever had to sell is their influence and they sold all they could.
I’m actually surprised one of the donors to the Clinton Foundation hasn’t put a hit on them for not delivering on whatever they promised.
But they did have things to rent like the Lincoln Bedroom. And they sure would have rented it again except for that darn electoral college thingy.
The only way money goes to any Clinton is to support graft and corruption. Since both are now “out”, one would have to give them money only if they could do something useful. Not gonna happen, since neither has a discernible talent, save for grifting.
Hellery is thinking that the over $10 Billions they have stashed all over the world is more than enough to buy a few body transplants to live for another 40 years.
I’m reminded of the scene from back to the future when Arabs show up to get their uranium back.
A shame one of those scorned enemies of this country wouldn’t give the Clintons the same treatment they have given hundreds of others.
