Feds received whistleblower evidence in 2017 alleging Clinton Foundation wrongdoing
The Hill ^ | December 6, 2018 | John Solomon

The whistleblower submission cited many of the same concerns as the internal legal reviews, but also alleged that evidence from foreign governments showed that some charity transactions were commercial in nature and therefore should have been taxed.

The evidence amassed by the private investigators should give Congress plenty to explore at its hearing next week, and put the Trump Justice Department on the spot to answer what it has done to address concerns that the foundation’s lawyers raised and the private investigators uncovered.

Quid pro quo donations, a culture of noncompliance, travel abuses and commingling of personal with charitable business are serious issues, especially when Americans trusted the Clinton Foundation to spend $2.5 billion tax free in the name of charity.

"That only pertains to calling the MDA outfit. You donyt know when he started looking into it."

True and true. None of us really has any accurate idea of what has been done. We get hints and rumors and leaks and assertions from mysterious oracles. We don't have much reliable information to date. I am not assuming there are not some high powered investigations going on but we don't see a lot of good indications, either.

All that Sessions really said last year was that he asked Huber to "review" some issues. He did not use any language that suggested a definite full-bore investigation. It was more as though he was going to consult Huber's opinions about whether major investigations would be warranted. But we have NEVER (so far as I have seen) gotten any solid indications that the Clinton Foundation will really be taken down with all its associated bad actors. We have a lot of wishes and hopes and dreams, so far.

Do you see how there’s been a secret investigation by Sessions’ DOJ?

The reference to Huber’s man contacting MDA a week ago tells us nothing about how long the investigation has been going on. But we have other sources indicating it’s been going on for a long time.

Rumors and hearsay about supposed investigations. Very little real information. Huber’s guy contacting MDA so recently ***suggests*** that any investigation is either very new or else not at all thorough. If it was going on for so long in any thorough way then how could they only now be getting to the “whistleblower” info? Sure, we can ***speculate*** that they had other info, sources, evidence... but this seems very late in the game to be acquiring basic evidence that was available long ago.

I’m just tired of people online pretending to all sorts of knowledge that they don’t possess. When we have some real info and not just little bird droppings then there may be much more to see.

It’s a shell game. You have to have a LOT of walnut shells to successfully hide the pea.

Panama Papers Reveal Clinton’s Kremlin Connectionbr>Observer ^ | Apr. 4, 2016 | John R, Schindler / FR Posted by HarleyLady27
The revelations of the so-called Panama Papers that are roiling the world’s political and financial elites include important facts about Team Clinton. This unprecedented trove of documents purloined from a shady Panama law firm that arranged tax havens, and perhaps money laundering, for the globe’s super-rich includes juicy insights into how Russia’s elite hides its ill-gotten wealth. (Excerpt) Read more at observer.com ...

===========================================

The Clintons’ connections to the Panama Papers (Hillary
staffer, foundations donors, presidential pardon recipient)

Three hundred and fifty ace reporters---an International Consortium of Investigative Journalists---are pouring over a massive dump of more than 11.5 million documents from the Panama-based Mossack Fonseca law firm; the first findings were revealed earlier this month.

The “Panama Papers” exposed thousands of offshore bank accounts of the politically high and mighty. Hillary quickly decried the “outrageous tax havens” for “the super-rich.”

But it turns out that Hillary and Bill have multiple connections with people named — including campaign staffers and major donors, McClatchy Newspapers revealed. Those named used the Panama-based law firm Mossack Fonseca to set up offshore entities. The firm has denied wrongdoing

<><> Gabrielle Fialkoff, Clinton’s finance director during her first campaign for the NY Senate (see mcclatchydc.com). Fialkoff is now senior adviser to NYC Mayor de Blasio and director of the city’s Office of Strategic Partnership.

<><>A $100 million donor to the Clinton Foundation and recipient of tax dollars from Hillary's State Dept--Frank Giustra--a billionaire Canadian mining magnate and longtime crony of Bill, is also mentioned.

<><>The Chagoury Group, an international developer based in West Africa pledged $1 billion in projects to the Clinton Global Initiative is mentioned.

<><> Chinese billionaire Ng Lap Seng, who was at the center of a Democratic fund-raising scandal during the Clinton administration.

<><> Marc Rich, the notorious international fugitive who got a midnight pardon by then-president Bill in 2001.

The Clintons themselves do not appear to be mentioned but their ties to multiple big-money names using offshore accounts raises critical questions.

(ED NOTE: When L/E investigated Jeffrey Epstein of Pedo Island fame, they found Bill CLinton and crony Doug Band listed w/ some 23 phone nos and emails. L/E associates multiple phones and emails w/ money laundering and tax evasion schemes.)

"A prosecutor working for Huber called MDA Analytics last week, seeking copies of their evidence, according to sources. The firm told the prosecutor that the FBI has possessed the evidence in its Little Rock office since early 2018, the sources said."

The female head of the Little Rock FIB Office has been running static for the Climtonistas for years. They have finally acted upon her foot dragging (re: the plane loads of documents flown out last week) and with the private investigators prodding something may come of it. Maybe.
